Jesus is Nailed to the Cross
We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You, because by Your holy Cross You have redeemed the world.
Reflection
The nails are driven through Jesus' hands and feet. The hands that blessed and healed are now pierced. The feet that walked to bring Good News are now immobilized. In this moment, divine love is stretched out and fixed forever.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, nail my sins to Your cross. Pierce my heart with love for You. May I never crucify You again by my sins. Help me to be a living sacrifice, fixed only on You. Amen.
