Jesus is Laid in the Tomb
We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You, because by Your holy Cross You have redeemed the world.
Reflection
Jesus' body is laid in the tomb. A stone seals the entrance. All seems lost. Yet this is not the end but a pause before the greatest victory. The tomb will not hold Him. Easter is coming.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, when my life seems like a tomb—dark, cold, and hopeless—remind me that resurrection follows. Help me to trust that Your light will dawn even in my darkest hour. I await Your victory in my life. Amen.
