Jesus is Condemned to Death
We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You, because by Your holy Cross You have redeemed the world.
Reflection
Jesus, innocent and sinless, stands before Pilate. The crowd cries out for His death. Pilate, though finding no fault in Him, yields to fear and delivers Jesus to be crucified. How often do we, like Pilate, fail to stand up for what is right because of fear of others' opinions?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, help me to have the courage to stand for truth and justice, even when it is difficult. Give me strength to never condemn the innocent or remain silent in the face of injustice. Amen.
