    Registration Information

    Official Registration

The official Local Organizing Committee for WYD Seoul has indicated that the main event registration through their official website is not open yet but will generally start approximately one year before the event. The specific start date for the main event registration is scheduled for Monday, August 2, 2027, the day before the main events begin.

    Diocesan and Group Registration

Most pilgrims attend WYD as part of a diocesan or parish group. These groups often open their own registration to coordinate travel logistics, flights, and accommodations.

    • Early Registration/Expressions of Interest: Many dioceses and Catholic travel partners, such as Verso Ministries and JMJ Youth, have already opened "expressions of interest" or early registration with a deposit.
    • Diocesan Deadlines: The deadlines for registering with specific diocesan groups typically fall in late 2026 through early 2027. To register, it is best to contact your local diocese or parish youth ministry office for specific registration details and deadlines. You can also monitor the official WYD Seoul 2027 website for updates on the general registration timeline.
